Transfers
Divvent worry if ye gan an hurt yasel, ye can pass yer place in the race to a fellow runner.

You must use our free official transfer process by accessing your Participant Dashboard, this ensures runner safety and also the integrity of our numerous prize categories. Unofficial transfers will lead to both parties being disqualified from this and subsequent races.

You will be able to transfer your number between 08:00 on 4th April and 20:00 on 14th April.

 
 

Elite Entry
For those at the pointy end, entries are strictly by invitation only an' gan te the first 20 lads an' 20 lasses from last year's race.

A limited number of elite entries will be available on request until 31/03/2025, at the Race Organiser's discretion. Criteria for athletes is a recent (within 1 year) 10K; sub 30:30 for male and sub 36:30 for female athletes.
